Rules and Restrictions

By participating in the Direct Rental Service Program, a Service Direct LLC. company and purchasing our service, you agree to the full rules and regulations stated below

Delivery and Pickup Times

Every effort will be made to deliver and pickup within 8 hours of the day of delivery or pickup, Monday through Friday. However, due to inclement weather, traffic conditions or mechanical breakdowns, delivery times or dates could vary. We will promptly contact you if there are delays in delivery or pickups. if you need the until at a specific time, we highly recommend you request delivery for the previous day.

Please note that we do not have specific pickup times, only scheduled days. Our trucks are scheduled to pick up for every customer on the route on the scheduled day and if we miss one, we will correct this as soon as possible. And if your scheduled pickup day fell on a holiday, your pick up might be scheduled for the following day.

Equipment Care

The equipment furnished hereunder by Service Direct shall remain the property of DirectRentalService, however, Customer acknowledges that it has care, custody and control of the equipment while at the Customer's location and accepts responsibility for any loss or damage to the equipment (except for normal wear and tear or for loss or damage resulting from DirectRentalService handling of the equipment) and for its contents. Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Service Direct against all claims, damages, suits, penalties, fines and liabilities for injury or death to persons or loss or damage to property arising out of Customer's use, operation or possession of the equipment.


Customer shall inspect the Fence within twenty-four (24) hours of completed installation and immediately notify Service Direct in writing of any objection to or defect in the fence. Customer's failure to do so shall constitute an acceptance of the fence "as is" and an acknowledgement that the fence is in good repair and in a safe usable condition. Upon timely receipt of notice of legitimate objection or defect, Service Direct shall, within a reasonable time, reasonably cure the problem.


Fence/Porta Potty: Customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to the equipment on the scheduled delivery/pickup date.

Septic tank: We will need to be able to get access within 35 meters or 100ft of your tank to empty, customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to the tank on the scheduled delivery/pickup dates.If we are unable to access the tank to empty for any reason a fair and reasonable abortive fee will apply.


Direct Rental Service cannot be held responsible for any damage to customer driveways, sprinkler systems, curbs, lawns or walks, and wells. It is the customer's responsibility to make Direct Rental Service aware of any underground utilities, which might be affected.
Customer understands and agrees to hold Direct Rental Service harmless for any and all damages that may arise out of digging up and pumping of a septic system.

Excused Performance

Neither party hereto shall be liable for its failure to perform or delay performance hereunder due to circumstances or the significant threat of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, whether foreseeable or not, including, but not limited to strikes, labor trouble, riots, compliance with laws or government orders, acts of war or terrorism, inability to access, fires, and acts of god and such failure shall not constitute a default under this Agreement.

Attorney Fees

In the event of breach of the Agreement by either party, the breaching party shall pay all reasonable attorney's fees and costs of the other party incident to any action brought to enforce this Agreement. In the event Customer fails to pay Service Direct all amounts which become due under this Agreement, Customer agrees to pay, in addition to the amount due, any and all costs incurred by Service Direct as a result of such failure to pay, and including to the extent permitted by law, reasonable attorney fees.

Charges and Payment

Customer shall pay Direct Rental Service for cancellation fee, Trip charges that were not prepaid by Customer, in accordance with the schedule of charges.

Any liquid waste removed other than effluent waste such as oil, fuel, grease or animal waste may also incur additional charges depending on disposal cost that are beyond our control by the local water authority.


Cancellations or changes made 24 hours prior to the scheduled service date are subjected to a cancellation fee. Cancellations made on the scheduled delivery date may result in no refunds.

Customer Contract

If service is not terminated as requested, customer must indicate desired termination date in writing Customer is responsible for the full amount on any invoice not returned with a written request for termination.


All refund, compensation, and/or credit requests must occur within 30 days of service completion. Any refunds issued will be at the sole discretion of Direct Rental Service.
